Serving as a Resident Advisor has allowed me to grow as a leader while supporting and guiding students through relationships, personal growth, and the challenges of living away from home. I planned and facilitated engaging community events that fostered connection and belonging, including Heat Hay Day, National Ball, Midnight Madness, and RA training team bonding activities.

In this role, I regularly navigated conflict resolution and student care situations with empathy and discretion, while also administering necessary discipline in alignment with campus policies. I collaborated closely with a team of Resident Advisors and professional staff, developing strong communication skills and a thoughtful, relational approach to leadership.
